Why women need to cycle track!

Menstrual Cycle Tracking
The art of cyclical living

Cycle tracking is a game changer. Cycle tracking gives us an insight into our hormones, emotions, stress and what our bodies need. Understanding all of these things helps us to reduce the affects and symptoms of PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, debilitating period pain, brain fog and helps us to harness the power and energy of working with our hormones. Cycle tracking is the key to working with our hormones, it’s our monthly report card, highlighting to us the information and intelligence of our bodies that we suppress when we try to give 100% all the time and don’t acknowledge ourselves as the cyclical beings that we are.

Women are ruled by hormones. Knowing this and working with our hormones is the greatest gift we could offer ourselves. It’s truly the key to understand who we are and what we need, what we have to offer and when.

Living cyclically helps us manage PMS, PMDD and other menstrual issues that flare up when we are under chronic stress like Endometriosis.

Operating 100% throughout our menstrual cycle is not fit for purpose and doesn’t serve us, we are cyclical beings, we need to act like it. When we don’t honour the phases, we experience burnout, stress, exhaustion and PMS, PMDD, endometriosis flare ups, anxiety, inflammation and pain.

Women’s Health education is vastly unavailable. There’s a gap in the education and medical system, it’s time to get to know our cycle, our bodies and our needs.

My signature workshop ‘The Art of Living Cyclically’ is adapted for gyms, business and women’s groups. I offer this workshop to educate women on the things we didn’t learn growing up so that they can feel empowered and supported and understand how to work with their bodies rather than against them. The information is great for helping employers and personal trainers to work with their female employees and clients.
