Join Carla of Wild Flow Co for your guided initiation into Samhain. Known as the 'Celtic New Year', Samhain marks the darker half of the year, a potent time of death and rebirth. We see this death in nature as the leaves fall, the temperature drops and the days are darker and shorter.

We're being called to slow down, reflect on where we are at and where we are going, re-align, tune in, listen and remember.

At this Samhain gathering, we'll gather in circle to quieten our minds so that we can tune in and connect with the inner wisdom and intelligence of the body. You'll be invited to offer up to the altar your intentions, guided through a cacao ritual and somatic movement and techniques to release stagnancy from the body and headspace, and reset the nervous system.
